Our management and design team members draw from 35 plus years of experience in molding plastics for the filter industry. We’ve created a myriad of solutions for injection molded bag rings, cartridge end caps, perforated (center cores) tubes, injection molded filter / pressure vessels, filter bag support baskets, and other filtration accessories.

Now we’re offering our pleated filter bag component solutions that we’ve developed for reliability (to support the thermal bonding assembly process), efficiency (reliable performance in the end users environment), and production efficiency (for cost effectiveness).

We use prime grade molding resins in our standard molded products including:
 
• Polypropylene (co-polymer PP)

• Polyester (co-polymer, PE)

• Polyamide (6/6 nylon)

Custom colors and other alternate resins are available upon request.
